For the end of the club shot you are probably swaying back on your back swing and not doing it on your forward swing. Make sure your head is not moving through out your swing. This can cause your whole body to sway back. Also try to reduce your hip movements to a 20 to 30 degree movement. This usually causes crazy shots.
