Recovering Autoscroll in Firefox
Somehow I have occasionally disabled Autoscroll in Firefox. I like the ease of scrolling down long web pages and use it frequently.
The solution is to ensure AutoScrolling is enabled by entering "about:config" in the address bar and make sure General.autoscroll is true (double-click to toggle the change).
Then open Control Panel/Mouse and ensure the middle button is just that: Middle Button. Choosing "Autoscroll" disables same in Firefox.
